Are you having difficulty with your relationships? When you understand how important you are and how valuable your life is, I believe you will make better choices when it comes to the people you allow into your life. My hope is that you recognize the unique things you offer the world and be vulnerable enough to share them. Connection to people is something we all need and it is often determined through the love we hold for ourselves.

As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and a person in long term recovery, I have spent the last 12 years helping people understand their relationship with substances and their connection to others. I am passionate about helping people and their families understand and navigate the complex world of addiction and alcoholism.

I enjoy guiding individuals to create connections and find true fulfillment. Let’s work together to discover what you want and determine what you need from me to help you progress towards it!

Patti is an amazing human, friend, and therapist. I have worked with Patti for years and can say without a doubt that she is driven, passionate, and caring. She is the perfect balance of strong + structured and nurturing + supportive.

When I first went to CC&R I was in a really dark place. I didn’t think I had much hope left. Patti was able to transform my way of thinking and, thus, my life as I knew it. I will be forever grateful for her empowering me when I needed it the most.
